These programs are available to all persons age 60+ regardless of health status or income; however, in order to get meals delivered to your home, the individual must have an assessed need and agree to a telephone or an in-home assessment.

April Menu
May Menu

Jefferson County operates three in-person dining sites and 15 home delivered meal routes serving residents of Jefferson County, age 60 and older, and their spouse. These meals provide a hot nutritious lunch available on a contribution basis. Meals are served at most locations five days a week except on days that our office is closed.

HOME DELIVERED MEALS
If you are homebound and unable to attend a dining center, the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Jefferson County (ADRC) has home delivered meal routes that may offer an alternative way to receive a meal. Volunteer drivers deliver a complete meal and check on your well-being between 11 am and 1 pm Monday - Friday, except when our office is closed. Johnson Creek, Helenville, and Ixonia routes are delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. An assessment for eligibility is necessary before meals can be provided and you must be home to receive the meal. Please call the ADRC at (920) 674-8134 or 1 (866) 740-2372 for more information.

Food Pantries

Food Pantries are non-profit hunger relief sites that receive food donations to distribute to those in need. Food Pantries are found in most communities within Jefferson County. They rely on donors and volunteers to carry out day-to-day operations. A Food Pantry's sole purpose is to help those in need.

Jefferson County Food Pantry Coalition | Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin provides a list of food pantries in the county with links to each pantry.
