Senior Dining & Home Delivered Meals

Friendshp, Food & Fun

These programs are available to all persons age 60+ regardless of health status or income; however, in order to get meals delivered to your home, the individual must have an assessed need and agree to an in-home assessment. During COVID-19, assessments are done by telephone.

August Menu

Jefferson County operates six dining sites and eight home delivered meal routes available to individuals age 60 and older, and their spouse. These meals provide a hot nutritious lunch available on a donation basis. Meals are served five days a week (Monday through Friday) except holidays and days that our office is closed. Frozen weekend home delivered meals are available by reservation and delivered with your Friday meal. We also offer contactless, curbside meal pick-up at four locations. Scroll down for a description of what each location currently provides.

HOME DELIVERED MEALS
If you are homebound and unable to attend a dining center, the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Jefferson County (ADRC) has home delivered meal routes that may offer an alternative way to receive a meal. An assessment for eligibility is necessary before meals can be provided. Please call the ADRC at (920) 674-8134 or 1 (800) 740-2372 for more information.

CURBSIDE MEAL CARRY-OUT

We offer contactless, curbside carry-out hot meals with a reservation. Call the participating nutrition site by noon one day before you want to pick-up the meal. For Monday meals, please call by noon on Friday. Meals are on a donation basis and, to remain contactless, we will send a monthly donation statement to your home. Carry-out meal participants register once by completing the Jefferson County Nutrition Program Curbside Registration Form. A form is required for each participant receiving a meal. Bring the form with you when you pick up your meal or complete the form at the nutrition site. Registration is only required one time annually for each participant.
