Mission
"The mission of Jefferson County Alcohol Treatment Court (JCATC) Program is to reduce the number of repeat drunk drivers (OWI) by allowing OWI offenders to participate in alcohol and other substance abuse treatment under strict judicial and community supervision. The ATC will use community and justice system resources in a cost effective and efficient manner to provide participants with rehabilitation opportunities, while holding offenders accountable, enhancing public safety and promote treatment alternatives."
