The Jefferson County Parks Department Parks Maintenance operation is responsible for maintaining existing park facilities including bike trails and overseeing park development projects.
Since 2007, the Parks Maintenance operation has been responsible for the grounds maintenance of all the county owned facilities. We continue today to oversee and provide all the grounds maintenance for the county owned facilities which includes Courthouse, Countryside, Fairgrounds, Highway Department, Human Services, Potter's Field, Sheriff's Department and UW-Extension/Workforce Development Center.
