Well Woman Program

The mission of the Rock River Free Clinic is to provide access to free health services through health professionals dedicated to caring for low income and uninsured individuals.

Hours of Service:
 

Monday	9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday	9 a.m. - Noon
Wednesday	9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday	9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday	9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Eligibility:
Health care services are provided to individuals who meet the income requirements and who do not have health insurance.

Services available include:
Physical assessments, medications, lab testing,
x-rays, health education
 and referrals for further care including specialist care.
