Immunization Fee $10 per person OR present an active ForwardHealth, BadgerCare or Medical Assistance Card No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Please note: If you have private insurance that pays for vaccines you will need to go to your physician to be immunized. At the present time this does NOT apply to influenza vaccine or pertussis containing vaccines. Also note there may be additional fees for adult vaccine. The Health Department can not bill Medical Assistance for adults
