Open records information is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please call 920.674.7335 to request records or for additional information.  
Faxed requests are also accepted at 920.674.7126.

It is our goal to respond to open record requests within 10 working days.

Please provide as much information as possible when making an open records request.  Information may include incident number, citation number, person involved, date, time, location, deputy who responded, type of incident, etc.   Please indicate exactly what type of information you are requesting such as incident report, attachments, citation, photos, booking/release reports, etc.  Be sure to include your contact information as well so that we can get in touch with you concerning any questions we may have and the payment required to obtain the records.
 
Please bring exact change if possible when picking up open records information.
