You can apply for MEDICAID, BADGERCARE PLUS, FOODSHARE and CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE as well as report household changes on line at www.access.wi.gov. , by calling the Southern Consortium Call Center at 1-888-794-5780 or Jefferson County Human Services at 920-674-7500 or come into our location at the Workforce Development Center. Spanish interpreters are available.
