For over two decades, Legal Services of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc. published and distributed this book to provide general information to low-income tenants. In 2003, Legal Services of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc, merged with two other law firms to become Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. Legal Action is a law firm providing free legal assistance to low-income people in non-criminal matters.
