Dorothy Carnes Park provides two primitive walk-in camping opportunities at the parks east entrance off Jones Lane. The two primitive camping sites are open for walk-in camping only. The park offers visitors 513 acres on which to explore a multitude of habitats ranging from tall grass prairies to hard wood forests. Rose Lake, located adjacent to the park, is home to one of the most diverse bird populations in Wisconsin. The park offers more than 10 miles of trails for users of all abilities.
